Governance

The CRRA is a nonprofit membership alliance which carries out the mission and goals defined by the membership.

The first bylaws were adopted on February 4, 2008. Since then, members voted to adopt a revised Code of Bylaws on August 29, 2014, which was then revised on December 23, 2016.

Led by the Board of Directors, the councils, committees, and task forces guide the development and implementation of services and programs.

The CRRA staff is comprised of an executive director, Jennifer Younger, and digital projects librarian, Pat Lawton.
